All Female Emergency Cabinet Suggestion Is This Not Sexist

This is quite an absurd suggestion that there should be an all female emergency cabinet. Surely this is sexist imagine if a man had suggested an all male cabinet he would be hung out to dry. Is this potentially sexist ??
