Khafi Kareem ,a Met police officer asked for leave to go to Nigeria ( to take part in their version of Big Brither ) her request was turned down but she went anyway, whilst there she had sex with another housemate live on TV
My opinion, Yes she should be sacked,if you ask your employer for time off and you take it anyway , isn't that gross misconduct ?

I don't see the reason for fuss. She was allowed to go into the programme. It's know that some contestants get up to some hanky panky. Big blooming deal. Wasn't like she was parading herself around naked except for her policewoman's hat, and swinging someone's truncheon.

Is she good at her job
what's her attendance like
Can the police afford to let her go over something so petty
Did she go AWOL or was the time off approved
