As that would have given little time to present both sides and deliver the verdict, a temporary interdict was requested.
If granted, the interdict would have prevent the prorogation until the full decision had been delivered.
The Court of Session refused the interdict but brought the full case forward to this Tuesday. That would then allow enough time before next Monday which would have been the earliest date for the prorogation.
