The hurricane is due to hit landfall in South Carolina on Thursday. Plenty of time to return back to the States.

It was reported on Thursday that the hurricane might hit Florida where Trump has his Mar-a-Lago resort. He cancelled his trip to Poland that day.
Apparently he is monitoring the hurricane from the comfort of his Golf Buggy.
