Dam savage should never see the light of day again. However I am struggling to work out what happenned here. From the description the only explanation is that the boy was in the rear footwell behind the driver and the mother was in the rear passenger seat behind the driver. So if he reversed the seat eaither manually or electrically then how did she not block eg put 2 feet up and press. etc. What have I missed

The difficulty in sentencing will be proving intent to harm, even though that was the outcome, a decent counsellor will be able to argue that the death of the child was neither intended or realised at the time.

I cannot understand why anyone would hurt a child. But for his mother to be a party to it and lie to cover up is beyond my understanding. I have no words to express how utterly degraded these two people must be.

No excuses at all, cassa. But I have to wonder, if the mother is living with a violent child killer... who confident she would have been in telling the truth. He committed the crime, in any case.

When I see pictures of this monster's face, I just want to shoot him in it and then leave him to die in terrible pain for as long as it takes.
