I admire her courage and fortitude, but do you think that this is a waste of a place at medical school?

On the contrary, it looks like it got awarded best answer. It wasn't actually intended to be funny though - it was intended purely to irritate any sanctimonious twits that might be looking in, and it seems to have worked a treat.
