He has pledged to reduce unskilled immigration as, he says, it puts a strain on public services and holds down wages.

Surely this will appeal to traditional Labour voters won't it?

Particularly in light of idiot-in-chief Abbott promising unfettered immigration from any toilet in the world.

Even though it goes against the grain for life-long Labourites, having finally - and reluctantly - acknowledged that the Labour Party of today is a far cry from the one of old that supported the working man, a few of my acquaintances are planning to give Boris their votes.
If Boris comes out of this election with anything less than a thumping majority I will bare my posterior in the nearest shop window.
You keep saying that, Jackdaw. You don't mind if I don't attend the momentous unveiling do you?
No need to attend, Naomi. You probably wouldn't be able to get anywhere near the window in any case.
are there any traditional labour voters left? There is also no such thing as the traditional labour party either.
Personally, I think labour are a waste of space.

Jackdaw, does this mean you'll be going on a tour of the UK or will it just be your nearest shop window? :-) x
Depending on demand it could be a nationwide tour.
I think he might be selling tickets, Alba. He's advertising the event widely. :o)
I think Corbo know's that his Labour party has lost the 'Working Man' and is now trying to gain favour with 6th formers, uni students and a couple of other groups.
selling tickets? Entrepreneurial - or however it's spelled lol
‘Hopeful’ might be a better word, alba. ;o)
Easier to spell at least. :o)
absolutely Naomi :-)))
Both about the spelling and the wishful thinking
:o)
Speaking as a Labour Voter, I have no time for the lying cheating scruffy narcissistic philanderer.

Tough
choice ahead
for you then, canary. I cant stand Corbyn either.
I could never vote for a supporter of terrorism.

Jackdaw - Can I join you in the shop window?
I used to be a model you know.
I think my friends will still vote Labour, hell would freeze over before they would support Boris
Hi. Traditional Labour voter here.

No.
My cleaner, who was brought up to be staunch Labour, is going to vote for Boris.
