Ethiopian Woman Who Helped London Terrorists Was Given £1.4 Million In Legal Aid…
… and then thousands more for her human rights fight to stay in the UK. It is thought she won her battle to avoid deportation.
Harry Fletcher, of the Victims’ Rights Campaign, said “The amounts given to perpetrators of terror in legal aid are huge compared to compensation to victims.”

The swamp needs draining.
B ut the big problem is so many MP's are ex-legal so you have to wonder at conflict of interest.
For instance just look at Bliar setting up the HRA when his Duchess was a Human right brief.
The whole sorry lot of them need to go which is why we need to have an alternative and strong opposition.

So if you are falsely charged with terrorism, dan, you get no chance to defend yourself ? Justice should be free for all citizens. Basic moral stance. Whether the system demands too much to ensure, or fail to ensure, justice, is a separate issue. The system needs to justify that sort of cost. If the case was good enough to bring one might hope that loopholes were not accepted and thus not spent ages considering, running up costs.
