I literally bumped into him once hurrying round a corner. I had - strangely enough - been thinking about him as he was doing a play in the local theatre.
To my embarrassement I started telling him - oh just thinking about you - and then going on and on as I did admire him so much.
I shall never forget as he stood there and listened patiently with his head on one side And then he thanked me with such courtesy and with a lovely smile and I went blushing on my way.
