indeed ^^
"I was a teacher until I retired"

Well there's why education is so bad then. Perhaps it will start to improve in your area now?

I personally would not have let my kids within a million miles of your warped views.

I see you have ignored the post of 10:25
Well put Togo.
about the same chance as any other political party
Diddly, do you think Labour always tell the truth? (Gulliver never answered, but I will ask you instead).

I guess we all believe that every household will all be better off by £6k a year under Labour. Yipee. Except most of that saving will only be made if you have a train season ticket or young children that need childcare.

Lies, damned lies and election promises (from all sides).
Promise milk and honey ; then forget about all those promises the day after polling .

Is there an election or something coming up ?

No party is better than the other , even though some would have you believe so
a teacher ! hahahahahha

and that proves you dont need anything up top...

if only your pupils could see the tripe you post on here, theyd not be able to stop laughing at you

A dickish thing to say. Someone's political view has nothing to do with their ability to teach.

I shouldn't be too surprised, you do seem to enjoy making insulting comments when you have little to add to a conversation.

As a teacher I never publicised my political views to pupils? Why would I? In answer to OG (I think) re which budget to cut in order to give more to education - simple - defence. Scrap Trident plus the highly paid hierarchy that are the UK armed forces.
it's not so much the views mozz it's the inability to express and debate them beyond the "you must be thick if you don't agree" attutude.

An entry for the most idiotic idea of the month award.

Danny - you might like to say why in a reasoned argument.
Diddly, you want us to scrap our means of defence. How is that sensible?
The problem with cutting defence costs is that it might not be reversible. Police cuts, education cuts etc can always be reversed if things go wrong but when someone else takes over your country because you've lowered its defences thare's nothing you can do about it.
Fair point 3T.
A teacher doesn’t need to tell their pupils what their political affiliation is. It permeates the way they teach things.
Teachers never leave school. Maybe that’s why many of them retain the naïve and unworkable Utopian ideas of a teenager.
Question Author
cassa - that is utter nonsense.
