Haven't most people decided? Some support the serial liar, posh boy Johnson because he will "get Brexit done" next year (whatever that means) or the Corb-meister because of his "radical" agenda (harking back to the chaotic 70s) or the "much respected" Jo Swinson (for ignoring the "will of the people" and intending to stop Brexit). You may have guessed I have little time for any of them.

"Haven't most people decided?" More than likely, drmorgans, but there are still some of us yet to be convinced by any of the main players. As someone who really couldn't care one way or the other whether we are in or out of the EU (blasphemy to some on here, i know) i have absolutely no reason to swallow any of Johnson's guff. What's more, reading the list of candidates running in Burnley, i see that all live in the area except for the Tory candidate - he lives in London. So i'm sure that, if elected, he will do his utmost for the constituency he represents. And pigs will fly. I cannot vote for Corbyn on the grounds that he is offering too much, too soon and if something appears too good to be true............................. All of which leaves the LibDems (they won in 2010) and some independent candidates - one of whom used to be in the same pub football team as me and gained the dizzy heights of Mayor and is currently leader of the Council. If i was a gambling man (?!) an abstention would be the hot fav.
I have done the count a few times and it's pretty boring. However spoiled papers can be a hoot, with some people voting for all the candidates or changing their mind with multiple crossings out. Some write incoherent rambles on their ballot paper but occasionally there's a comment that brings a smile.

Who cares. Its clear some hate labour. The two sides to the coin are, be in support of one party and not the other or vice versa. What you’ve said hear is waffle to try to tarnish diddly, but in reality, you don’t know what the future for our country holds and what either party will do with their power. They’re all liars and you’ve not got the foggiest.

It hasn't been the Government's fault, but Labour and their undemocratic supporters who don't want us to leave Europe.
Incidentally Corbin stated that the German's treatment of the Jews took place in the 19th century, he must have gone to the same school as his ex girlfriend Abbott.

The problem is that of those 12m people, a large number of them would vote for a dog provided it had a red rosette pinned to its collar. That principle is equally true of many Tory voters, I agree. But to suggest that all 12m of them voted Labour because the had studied, considered and analysed their policies is disingenuous.

Not the Tories fault that Brexit hasn't been done? The instigator (Cameron) resigned after the vote as he hadn't a clue what to do. The next incumbent decided on HER red lines and didn't try to build a consensus within her party or with other parties, then held a disastrous and unnecessary election that reduced her majority. Johnson alienated a significant number of his own party to ensure he didn't have a majority.
