I reckon most people will vote exactly how they did 2 years ago. Everyone I have asked has said they will vote the same way.

On another thread, some people are predicting that the Conservatives will gain 100+ seats. And will have a majority of 45, 60 or even 100.

Do you think that millions of people have switched from Labour to the Conservatives ? I don’t see it myself.

//Do you think that millions of people have switched from Labour to the Conservatives ? / No, but I think there will be a lot of trad. Labour voters who will, rather than vote Tory or Liberal, will either abstain or spoil their ballot paper.

On many of the programmes where voters were interviewed many them did say that they were switching from labour to conservative. The main reason given was that they didn't like Corbyn.
I think that they may have sorted out the marxixt/ethnic, fraudulent postal vote and the multiple votes that were counted last time. Perhaps that will counter the vote early vote often criminals.
The only switching I've heard is from voting to not voting.
Well said, togo - postal voting is wide open to fraud, as is the fact that you just have to rock up at the polling station and say a name - any name on the electoral roll - and be allowed to vote, no ID required. Ridiculous.
I know several lifetime Labour voters who have said they're going to vote SNP this time round.

I don't know any Scots tories, but I think they'll struggle without Ruth Davidson.

I think the "not liking Corbyn" thing is key to this general election. Labour are a spent force in Scotland. I doubt they'll win a single Scottish seat this time round.
I think there is a problem with a lack of political savvy amongst so many people.
Not everybody looks into the issues as keenly as you intelligent folk.
Too many make judgements based on soundbites.
I don't know anyone who would tell me and I wouldn't ask
JimF - I agree. Jeremy will lose it for Boris.
I don't know anyone who prefers a non-democratic parliament and a stagnated House where opposition thwart every attempt to achieve something and try to be in control; so I don't know anyone who voted for it last time, and consequently I'm unlikely to meet those having a revelation and changing their vote next time in order to achieve a sane outcome instead.

That will depend on those close-to-call constituencies, where a few realising their foolishness last time opt to do better this time, thus swinging the result.
I don't know about 'millions' but every life-long Labour voter I know is voting Conservative this time.
I know a few who have swapped.

My son was very passionate about labour. He's gone very quiet of late.
I have always voted Tory. I nearly considered moving to the Brexit Party. As much as I admire Farage and how he got the ball rolling I realised a vote for him was handing the occupation of No 10 to Corbyn. No way. Boris had better pull some promised rabbits out the hat. I won't be giving them a second chance.
I do not know who I will be voting for this time , only know it will not be for Corbyn or the SNP.

So you're not sure he's going to deliver then

I thought you were sure that Boris was the man to deliver promised milk and honey
Jeremy is the man who is promising to deliver milk and honey. He's the only one with a magic money tree.
Come election time all parties promises the earth

No different this time in my opinion
//I thought you were sure that Boris was the man to deliver promised milk and honey//

As usual you thought wrong and must of dreamt it. I do not recall writing any such thing.
Corbyn is the one with a magic money tree and pedals fairy stories that his soviet puppet masters have supplied him.
Boris has promised us out of the EU. As for anything else we'll see.
If Boris is delivering milk there may be a spike in blonde babies delivered by lonely, unloved housewives in a while.
I always vote for the person who I think will do the best job, no matter which political badge they wear !!
