That wasn't an error.
I have already applied for Universal Credit from IDS’s address.
The govt are a load of hypocrites on data. They couldn't care less about letting private companies have your details because they make money out of it. They pretend they care about Data Protection, but nothing could be further from the truth. This episode has probably ruffled a few feathers of the upper classes. The rest of you can go and whistle. Data Protection my armpit!

Nah. Civil Servants are paid to press buttons - regardless of the flavour of government.
What amuses me is that there is going to be an "in depth inquiry and investigation".

All that's needed is for the digital fingerprint of the upload to be checked to establish who pressed the button. Then that person can be suitably dealt with.
