"Record-breaking temperatures and months of severe drought have fuelled a series of massive bushfires across Australia."

I feel sorry for all the poor animals. What an awful time for Aussies, bet they're not a fan of Scott Morrison right now.

The report provided by Togo yesterday makes interesting reading. There's plenty to it and lots of supporting data. Here's one "devastating" conclusion:
"So, to be clear, there is zero evidence of any change in climatic conditions that might have increased the likelihood or severity of these bush fires. This is not — repeat NOT — a man-made climate change story, and anyone who claims otherwise is either a gullible idiot or a lying charlatan.
There is, nonetheless, good reason to believe that the stupidity and irresponsibility of man is at least partly to blame for this disaster — just not quite in the way that the left-liberal MSM and the green wankerati would have you believe."
The report goes on to provide plenty of reasons why mankind is at least partly to blame for the fires and for failing o prevent their spread, but man-made climate change is not among them.
NJ sits back and waits for the accusations of heresy to begin.

There is another interesting point, maybe even a question that needs asking. There have been, up to now 183 arrests for arson. In Queensland alone 101 people have been detained for committing arson. Now try as I might I can not find any names or images of these arsonists, apart from this pair.
//One of two 18-yr-old Muslim men charged with starting a grassfire in NSW, Australia, laughed outside court today. Fadi and Abraham Zreika sparked a grass fire at Bright Park, Guildford, on December 22.
Police arrested both men at a fast-food restaurant in Merrylands.
