Thanks for that TD but if it wasn’t on purpose he went out, what was it?

TD on a roll eh?
he went out in horrendous conditions, madness
I know why they do it, storm = big waves!
Bobbi try get those rusty cogs in gear.

I never said or implied that the surfer "accidentally" ended up in the water.
Everyone knew about the storm. IMO it's clear he went out for the thrill of it. Got more thrill than he bargained for. No I don't think he should be charged. If we charged for stupidity the gov would get so much in that they wouldn't need to tax me at all. The system worked, sad it's a voluntarily funded one though.
TD, I reckon you're being deliberately contrary here. It was no sudden storm, it had been forecast for the best part of a week, Hastings beach had storm warning Coastguard flags up and it had been high winds since Saturday afternoon and torrential rain much of Sunday.

good job my skins like a rhino here haha
Best wish death upon a young surfer then Mozz, obvs deserves it! MWhahahahahahahahaha.

Let him die !! hahahaha
Not what I said Devil, as well you know. He is however, responsible for his own safety, and was responsible for the lifeboat crew being forced to act in dangerous conditions.
he would have done if it wasn't for the amazing RNLI, who don't get paid for rescuing idiots like this.
i dont think any one said that you nugget. just that he shuld pay for his rescue
Question Author
Mozz never indicated that wild statement TD, why can’t you debate without insulting?

"and was responsible for the lifeboat crew being forced to act in dangerous conditions."

No he wasn't.

Think they got him on the boat and said "Right skipper, you're responsible what do we do now?"

No.

Get an idea of how rescue missions work and why.
Volunteers carry full financial and legal responsibility for everything the RNLI does. No those they're saving what an utter joke mozz.

Don't just say things because you want to try stifle discussion. People here think this surfer should be put in pillory because he nearly died.

My only point is that those who do need to get a grip.
Question Author
So you’re right and everyone’s wrong, is that how it is TD?
No what you said Mozz was... "I think he needs to be hit with a cricket bat. Might knock some sense into him.".

Yeah im sure he nearly deliberately died what a lad lol.

Because you're all evil monsters and i'm the only one with empathy Bobbi probably that's why.

You all want to be on the same page? That's fine be sadistic. I'll by sympathetic for a young chap who nearly lost his life. Must have been terrifying for him.
-- answer removed --
who in their right mind goes out when the conditions were so bad, no one, he is obviously oblivious to the dangers.
