It's interesting that the other protagonists whose arguments I have destroyed have simply slipped away, and left it to you as the lone voice trying to find reasons why Weinstein was not guilty because the women he assaulted are in varying degrees culpable in his behaviour.

In view of the PE's valid point -
To reiterate my personal position - it is my perception that at least two posters on this thread are inferring that Mr Weinstein was not convicted of some of the offences with which he was charged on the basis of the 'behaviour' of the alleged victims.
In my view, such a position is unacceptable, and I am happy to debate that stance with anyone who wishes to defend it.
