Yes it would speed it up, as there would be a lot more choice and room. Personally, I wouldn't use one while men are allowed in.

Three together, that seems "cosy". So how does it work, does one hover over it facing forward or bent over backward ? Where does the two rolls of used toilet paper go after; it doesn't look as if it flushes ?

the main issue is women have to remove items of clothing or at least take them down to go to the loo
whereas men just have to take out their man bits.
