Easier to arrest the idiots breaking the rules than the rest of us. I hear that London parks are a big problem. Don't parks have gates which can be locked? We have many fewer cars going to the nearby coast than last weekend. Again, it is easier to ask people if they are locals just taking their walk - if not, fine them.

The majority should not suffer for the few prats. If so, I can see civil disobedience arriving very soon. I for one shall continue walking our dog with Mr. J2 and he will continue to cross the road and walk the 100 yds. to his bit of allotment.
