I read he had cardio vascular problems because he was a chain smoker and high cholestrol diet. He was having stents inserted and the surgeon's hands were shaking so much he botched the procedure. :-)

The Chinese were shipped in to try and repair the botch.

The happier note (from the Mail) is he has hidden himself into his luxury pullman train.It's so heavily armoured that it needs two locos to pull the loco. His weight doesn't help. The train has fine wines and cuisine including Flesh Robster. It also has a full compliment of nubile specially selected eer carriage attendants. It's a sleeper train.
