I thought that Boris, Chris Witty and Patrick Valance were a good combination today, although I was bit worried at first Boris might be trying to answer every question himself without calling on the scientists
Boris still doesn't look close to fully fit to me (yawn, no I'm still not his doctor, anne, before you ask), but he exudes a bit more positivity than some of the others and seems less of an easy target to journalists than Matt Hancock is.
He was a bit Marilyn Munroe at he beginning ( breathy happy birthday mr. president ) but he did a good job. Chris Whitty is the star of this show. I don't know why but he has the ability to inspire confidence in everything he says.
well who would have thought it, i thought boris was quite bumbling today and i actually preferred Raab. He also seemed quite breathless to me, but remarkable awake-looking for a new parent!
I bet Whitty and Valance wanted to crawl under a stone when he completely ballsed-up the first question from the Cornish lady by getting the wrong end of the stick - no wonder they had nothing to add.
Bobbisox - the Ed has warned people not to refer to other users of this site by anything other than their "proper" (for this site) names.
Any answer to my comment above?
I'm no fan of Jezza, so I think my answer would differ from Diddly's. As you know, I think Boris has done as mich as anybody else could've in these very trying times.
