take a variety of statements - some are true and some undecidable

this statement is not true - - - well if it true - then it is not true ( and if it is false then the statement is true )

I'm still not sure why roy brought it up anyway. In this case it's important to take the allegations against Biden seriously, and it's equally important to recognise that he is far from the only man in a position of power in the US to be accused of it.

Fair. Just to address the ambiguity, then:

-- the allegations I was referring to are those against Biden.

-- I haven't watched the videos, no, but I'm happy to accept Spicerack's interpretation of them. I've seen the headlines and I think rushing to Biden's defence is inappropriate and wrong, as far as I'm concerned the correct response should have been to call for an investigation without prejudice.

As to the third point: yes, I'm concerned about the wider issues too. I make no apology for that. If Biden is guilty he needs to apologise and he needs to step down and face the consequences. He is far from the only man in power who needs to do so, and that, too, is desperately sad.
