Thanks goodness for that! A bit of light on the horizon. Now for the rest of the shops.

Drip feeding it, like a handful of MacDonalds, and one in five recycling centres, just creates queues and crowds. The police were called to deal with the traffic congestion locally when B&Q reopened. Right opposite Tesco , it caused major gridlock. Thankfully I have ordered anything I needed for the garden online now, and refuse to join these ridiculous queues.
Happy to be allowed to go for a walk somewhere other than my immediate village, and even to be able to have a coffee or a picnic at the beach, but I dont plan on going shopping for a long time yet.

At the moment when only a few shops are open like the supermarkets and B & Q, there has been quite orderly queuing outside. It will be interesting when more and more shops open, each with their own queue and limited space available. Not only will people have to maintain six feet front and rear but side to side as well. I hope the garden centres don't operate the one out, one in policy, a friend of mine, a renowned plantaholic will happily spend four or five hours browsing, get stuck behind a few like her and you might as well take a flask, deck chair and something to read. :o)
