What happens to the millions he raised for the NHS do they actually get it all?

oh hospitals have a general charity fund in to which the money would pour UNLESS you specify the purpose
( which of course you should always do to prevent the admin using it to repaper their offices with furry wallpaper )
if you specify for a purpose which is either filled ( MRI scann) or a ward which has closed then the cy-pres doctrine allows them to use if for the nearest purpose - here another scanner or a ward which does the same thing

Crapst, JustGiving will have to pay the processing fee which will be a minimum 1 per cent plus their running costs (not cheap). They have donated £100k to the NHS. They are a business and can't run at a loss. How many donors would have got off their backside and posted a cheque or taken cash to a bank or other collection point?
