//Unfortunately this is the problem, summer is starting and people will NOT stay in when the sun is shining, //
When the lockdown was first introduced on 23rd March I suggested that it would crumble by early June. I said that if it had not been relaxed by then it would decay naturally. I still stand by that. The minor relaxations last week gave a green light to people to get out and about and that will increase. The notion that you can only associate with one person from another household is a farce. You can flit from person to person as there is nothing in the legislation to say that you cannot change "partners". There is also nothing to say that a 2m distance must be maintained. The lockdown will simply decay naturally.

ilm, winter is starting down under. However, Australia and Nwe Zealand are coming out of lockdown, rather more quickly than we are. That's a result of starting their lockdowns much earlier in the cycle than we did.
We've made the most of seasonal change by flattening the curve so the NHS didn't get overwhelmed in winter, so that's something.
