If I remember rightly there was a real scream fest about spring break and how all the spring breakers were going to die and kill their grandparents.

Turns out that didn’t happen.

The media reports of Covid being taken into colleges and running rife was in the end not true.

Depending on which ‘trusted scientist’ you listen to, masks save live. Masks make you sick. Stay indoors. Go outside for exercise. The virus only transmits in groups of ten or more. Stay 2 mtr apart.The virus lasts for weeks on surfaces. The virus doesn’t transmit easily from surfaces. Gloves save you from the virus. Gloves are a health hazard because rather than clean you hands you simply transport the virus from one location to another.

After all is said and done people have been ‘locked down’ to one degree or another for a long time and we are not designed for that. So, with all the conflicting information, our propensity for socialisation this will be the time people ignore advice or water it down. That I’m afraid to tell you is human nature.
