On BBC Five Live we've just had a phone in on the Dominic Cummings situation, now we have the Emma Barnett show, and the topic is, you've guessed it, Dominic Cummings!!
Have the BBC got an agenda, come on, let it go!
He has explained what happened but the BBC will not be happy until he resigns, they are leading a witch hunt imho, disgusting behaviour, for heavens sake, change the record, shelve it and move on!!

A recent poll suggested that 52% of the public think DC should go, so of course the BBC and the media in general are going to keep it on their agenda.

I used to have LBC on in the car and the wife has it going in the kitchen.From early a.m. to late evening every presenter following each other have had no other topic other than a mob rule phone in on DC. I just don't bother with that station any longer as I thought the beeb was totally biased but James O'Brien is so anti Tory he is still squeezing a Brexit gripe in.The only decent presenters are Farage and Ferrari who,at least,don't shout down listeners to push a partial agenda.

The BBC are following a news story that every other major media outlet, plus social media stream is covering.

I thought Emma Barnett did a good job of challenging those trying to defend the indefensible.
But I switched off when she started interviewing people who'd had family die in care homes. First the blame being laid at Matt Hancock and Boris's door for people being released from hospital with Covid but Emma did not ask whether and why the hospital not Boris/Matt had chosen to do this; and then when she started asking the bereaved what they thought of Dominic Cummings I decided perhaps there is an overeagerness here to push an agenda
