But there is also Jenrick's case to consider -- and there, Jenrick has even conceded that his decision in the relevant case was "unlawful".
Still, Labour should be doing the right thing for its own sake.

I would suggest Starmer was waiting for the first reason to sack RLB given she’s a remnant of the far left that Corbyn loves so dearly, and she’s given him the perfect excuse with her anti-Jew views that are so prevalent in Labour’s far left.
Being anti-Jew and anti-Israel are inextricably linked, so I take issue with Jim’s comment.
Merely as a ‘by the way’ I much prefer anti-Jew to anti-Semite, as there’s usually somebody popping-up and nasally whining that Arabs are also semites.

If there was a suggestion that the US police had been taught a technique by the Russian secret service, or the Chinese secret service, or the US secret service, would there have been accusations of racism? I don't think that the Israelis should be allowed to claim immunity from criticism simply because they are Jewish. Yes, Palestinians are semites; so should Israel feel it OK to appropriate semitism for their own cause?
// Yes, Palestinians are semites; //
Errr only certain "Palestinians" mind. They would need to be adherents of,(you're ahead of me here again aren't you) yep..... the Jewish faith.
""The term Semite, which was first used in 1781 to define languages related to Hebrew, initially referred to people of Near East origin. The word Semite is derived from the name Shem, the son of Noah. Abraham was a descendant of Shem.""
Shem ....Son of Noah? A bit before the deity that the "other" Palestinians" seem to worship.

I agree with this so I just want to apologise for giving even the remotest impression that they might not be. My post was based on the understanding that RLB had shared the article without reading it in full, and had later said that she "doesn't endorse everything in it", which is a weak defence but is, at least, objectively less bad than saying that she fully agreed with everything.
In any case it's right for her to go and she should have apologised unreservedly. Unsurprisingly, the remaining Corbynistas are defending her in some force, from what I've seen and heard since. Clearly they still don't get it. I hope I've made my position clearer now.

Bobbisox1 is spot on - he's well rid.
She's a proven liar.
She says she "grew-up" worrying about Salford Docks and her father's redundancy from them. Salford Docks closed in 1982 when she was 2 years old.
There are poor MPs on both sides of the House, but she is one of the poorest (I said "one of the poorest" because clowns like Corbyn, Abbott and McMarxist are still there).

Jackdaw- you asked "What had she actually said, written or done which led to this?"
She reposted a tweet from Maxine Peake which was considered to contain anti semetic material relating to the killing of George Floyd by 'Israeli trained' US police. She was asked to withdraw it by Starmer and wouldn't.
