Might partake - it's not till August so hopefully things in pubs/restaurants might have improved a bit by then.....our taxes are gonna have to pay for it eventually so may as well have something in return?

I think they should just take whatever they think this will cost and give it directly to restaurants. People that wanted to go out will be doing it anyway, and people that don't won't be persuaded to by this.

It could be that some restaurants will have long queues and others hardly anyone. People will have their favourites.
