The UK unitary parliamentary constitutional monarchy with its 'representative government', further distancing itself from democracy.
The whipping system* and and the 'payroll vote' give the lie to that 'representative' fallacy, but 'House of Lords' doesn't even have that thin 'democratic' veneer of justification in its charade.
