The similarities to Edward VIII are remarkable. A besotted man throws everything up for the love of a calculating woman and ends up as a pitiful outsider. Netflix should make the film. All I feel for them is shame
Naomi // when they presume to preach to the rest of us, displaying blatant hypocrisy, we have reason to criticise. //
I believe most of the criticism here stems from the worry that Our Harry marrying an American actress and doing Hollywood deals, especially for content other than God Save the Corgis etc. tarnishes the Royal image. The reality is that man is likely to outlive the times where this image actually means anything to anyone apart from the tea towel buyers.
I’m interested in the hypocrisy though, this certainly doesn’t make them unique within the media business, but what in particular are these two planning to be hypocritical about?
They will do well for themselves I'm sure, despite what anyone on Answerbank says, although I bet they'll be checking in now and then to see what 'insert random angry username here' thinks about them.
Well, mozz, as Naomi tried to explain to you. Everyone is entitled to form an opinion of someone and express it on here, even you and tomus.
After all, we aren't a left wing echo chamber (yet) where certain people are off limits.
Even, shock horror, mixed race couples.
