Hindsight is a wonderful thing. That would have been the practical thing to do, but my reading of the article is that they were trying to respect his beliefs and got sued for doing so.

They should of given him the choice, yes. but it looks to me asif they tried to not offend him by offering alcohol as maybe they din't known hed won champagne previous so they were trying to be helpful. Hes was an overreaction though IMO and am sure we can all think off time's when something din't go quite right for us but we just get onwith it, dont sweat the small stuff, its not asif it was a big loss
