It's newsworthy that Trump has tested positive, but it's not as if he's facing a heroic battle, fighting the virus with every ounce of his being etc etc.

In this country at least, you only can get a test if you are either showing symptoms, or you require it as part of your job.

This is a fairly obvious if possibly necessary shortcoming.
