I wonder if there is a difference between a French Muslim or a German Muslim and do they compare with a Spanish Muslim who may have been born in Spanish held Morrocco and therefore could be an Arab Muslim just like a French Muslim who was born in French Algeria, as it was,which is a North African (Arab) country and not to be confused with the German Muslim born in German held East African countries.

Do we categorise this terrorist as an Arab Muslim but born in Tunisia which was a French territory but he committed the terror in France having fled in a boat from Tunisia.
