What infuriates me the most is that we do the right thing getting rid of these lowlives, but then along come a bunch of slimeball lawyers who, in the blink of an eye, stop the deportation!! What's the bloody point??
Perhaps those lawyers advising the Government on these matters ought to be held to account. Time and again we see this sort of thing happening so the only conclusion to draw is that those being deported have better legal representation than HM Government?
why don't the government ammend the laws that pertain to this kind of judgements? if thats the correct term, seems obvious lawyers are milking the system, and not the advantage of the tax payer, or are they all in cahoots in the judiciary.. whats fair
THECORBYLOON, seems skewed to me, + the hra makes it even worse
jihadi's let out of prison, the mother who murdered her own kids...
totally insane, no justification for it...life is cheap, and getting like a third world country, where the constitution is written in pencil.
no one had a list of those being deported, but some icluded from what i read some who didn't have the necesdsary paperwork, those from the Windrush scandal to stay in UK. I don't know why we can;t deport people, but it seems the lawyers for those involved won the day

David not sure that would work. Most of those who signed the petition were black activists, politicians, including the historian David Olusogu, who writes about slavery and the Empire.
