Yes Sweden is no longer pursuing extradition but the point was still valid while they did.

As for the “good” Assange did, we also know a lot about Russian mischief in its backyard thanks to his abetting the Manning theft of US diplomatic cables. Such theft as well as being illegal inhibits the vital flow of confidential diplomatic channels.
But theft it is.
The reason I don’t support his extradition is because the charges of treason (if that’s what they are) feel odd aimed at an Australian citizen. The chief culprit is already behind bars. All this will do is undeservedly raise his already overblown status in the minds of the gullible
The Swedish sex scandal....didn't it have something to do with unprotected sex?
You might contrast the “achievements” of Assange with those of an unsung bunch of British investigators in Leicestershire, who have exposed the nefarious acts of true rogue states and produced evidence - all of it painstakingly and entirely legally.

Ms Persson said: "I would like to emphasise that the injured party has submitted a credible and reliable version of events." ??

Please do ring the bell for this "bunch of British investigators in Leicestershire, who have exposed the nefarious acts of true rogue states" ichkeria, so we can personally evaluate their merit.

...and we're also pi-s*s-d off with the continued pressure being put on us by the Yanks & their CIA
bellingcat to you.

I think I’d be supremely uninterested in your “evaluation” but no matter
In the twelve months to March 2020, 80 inmates of British prisons committed suicide. I wonder how much consideration was given to the possibility that any of them might have been facing (quote) "a real risk of committing suicide".
Quizmonster; A specious question.
