Scotland being part of Britain, I don't see the irony.

No.
Neither is the Welsh name.
I've just received my new drivers tachograph card, for the next five years.

Annoyingly it's got the EU flag on it.
I think an address in Scotland and a Welsh name is a fine example to show on the new licence. Let's one know that the Uk is not all about England.
That reminds me, one of our cars still has the EU flag displayed front and back.

Note to self:
Remember to order new number plates.
Why?
They have used that name and adress for years.
