I totally agree. Prince Phillip may have been born into a privileged life , hardly his choice, but he has given his whole adult life working tirelessly beside the Queen. He set up the Duke of Edinburgh awards and was hand on, visiting many young people and encouraging them to step out of their comfort zone to try new things.
Some on here denigrating him should take a leaf out of his book in my opinion.

Of course grieving is a respected and natural response in the event of a death and appreciated by all.
HOWEVER, there are some people, the minority i must say who just cannot grieve in the well recognised method highlighted on AB.
These people are not odd, uncaring or perverted in any way, they just tend to be complicated psychological characters who find it just as difficult to understand the grieving as you find it to understand their apparent apathy.
A bit of give and take here for variations of emotional responses brought about by different psychological make up.
