an ungratefull tenant bucked £600 rent and did the ignoring everything bit - with added in allegations of harassment - and was saddled with £2500 costs - she went bankrupt in the sum of £29000 so I wasnt the only one. Hasnt been released from the financial strictures 5 y later.
