well the amount of lecky needed may well become an issue but I think the real problem will come when it collapses. This is the next South sea bubble.
this has just been reported on the local news here - apparently the virtual mine created £8000 of bitcoin at a cost of £16000 of electricity, an efficiency rate of 50%, little better than diesel engines. bitcoin mining clearly can't make anyone a legitimate profit.....
