Nigel Farage is touring America making speeches. Twenty three people turned up for his first speech and six of those were from his own team.

20.37, Why do you think Farage deserves a Knighthood Davebro?.
Because he was the main driving force behind the liberation of the UK from the tentacles of the EU. He had Cameron running so scared that he was compelled to put the issue before the people to save his own hide. Had it not been for Farage and UKIP none of this would have happened and we would still be in thrall to the corrupt behemoth that is Brussels.
Wellll, it's an opinion.
//Why do you think Farage deserves a Knighthood Davebro?.//

Because in the last 40 years no single person has brought about such a beneficial change to the UK.
Question Author
21.08" Beneficial change to the UK", hmm.
Dave, 40 years? That includes the Milk Snatcher's reign! Don't let Tora see you saying anyone else.is more important to the UK than his precious TGL.
Question Author
No way did "The Ghastly Lady"bring any Beneficial change to the UK. She destroyed it.
Question Author
If Farage is/was so popular in the UK , why is he doing a speech tour of America. Surely if he is so popular and well admired he would be touring the UK,
Lockdown isn't even over yet Gully. That would be fairly pointless.
Anyone know what Farridge is making speeches about?
Question Author
Then again, Thatcher was more popular in America than she was in the UK .
Question Author
22.07 Pay attention. Lockdowns do not apply to Farage
Question Author
22.09, Himself I should imagine, Atheist.
Oh dear Gulliver, you appear to have gone a little wonky in the head with all this talk of Nige.

Lockdown may not apply to Farage as you so claim, but it certaintly applies to anyone wanting to waste a couple of hours of their lives listening to him babble.
//Then again, Thatcher was more popular in America than she was in the UK .//

Really? How many General elections did she win in the USA then?
someone obviously doesn't know what they are talking about, Mrs Thatcher won three GE and not one of them in the US. As to Nigel, if it wasn't for him we would still be tied to the coat tails of the EU, now we're not, get over it.
he doesn't babble, but makes a lot of sense, without him and his pushing Cameron, we'd still be in the EU.
TGL did many things that were unpopular but necessary (unfortunately she wasn't able to institute the poll tax - a fairer system of funding local govt.) but she didn't manage to get us out of the EU, although I suspect she would have liked to.
she did get us a massive rebate on monies paid... or so i believe.
In June 1984, at Fontainebleau outside Paris, Margaret Thatcher negotiated what is now known as the UK rebate with other EU members. The aim was to correct for the apparent imbalance in the UK contribution at the time.
