Once again you are approaching this from a ratinal mind perspective - if you show someone like this the consequences of their actions, they are unlikely to repeat them.

And again I reiterate my point - these people do not think like that - the connection between their vandalism and the consequences of it are links they are simply not programmed to make.

A defribilator located outside my local Co-Op has been destroyed twice by vandals. It really is shocking
