Brexit was decided in 2016 and implemented 18 months ago, surely they've had ample time to apply to the UK or go back to the EUSSR? Labour want the deadline extended, if they didn't do it in 18months what makes them think they'll do it now?

I have not called anyone a liar, if you are British and the child is yours then so is the child. You chose to be a vessel, the kid has these problems because of you. I sense from your " I was just the child bearer" comment you gave on on yours and your child's rights out of some sort of inferiority complex". Nothing for me to apologise for Mozz.
He is NOT British. He had to take his father's nationality due to where he was born and that was the law. I had no say in it. He couldn't have dual nationality either. I resent your remarks .It was just a quip on my part. Note the smiley face.
End of ,as you are so fond of saying.Go and bully someone else.

Tora - //no he did not if you are UK then he could have taken yours. What is the real reason?//

If the above isn't calling her a liar, I'd be interested to find out exactly what is. You're proving yourself to be more ignorant, rude and idiotic with every post you make. Congratulations on a new low.

"He is NOT British. He had to take his father's nationality due to where he was born and that was the law." - It's not the "law" well maybe in Holland. If you are British, you just gave in to the Dutch. Many people were born to British parents in other countries, that live among us now. You failed the little fella by giving in to the local rules. He could have been British if you had an ounce of sense. I have a mate who was born in Bombay! PMSL!

Congratulations on a new low. " - well we know that it's not the law, we know many British people are born abroad, it therefore follows that there is more to this, surprised I have to spell it out for you. I suspect Shaney was steam roll erred by the father at the time and we ended up here. I don't blame her for that but please don't BS me that it's the law!
So you think I should have broken the law of the host EU country I was living in at the time after the Home Office also gave me the correct advice on the matter. Jesus wept.
What disgraceful behaviour Tora, not often you surprise me but you just have.
I can assure you that during the nearly 49 years we've been married my husband has never "steamrollered " me into anything. He knows which side his bread is buttered :)

"So you think I should have broken the law of the host EU country I was living in at the time after the Home Office also gave me the correct advice on the matter. Jesus wept. " - I did not say that, you could have registered the child as British at the time, end of.

It's the kid I feel sorry for.

"I'm having a joke for goodness sake . Lighten up. " - where is the joke?
// I was just the child bearer :)//

Joke, complete with a smiley.
Tora, I do not have a clue what the law in the Netherlands is, and nor do you. Sure, most babies born overseas to British parent(s) can take citizenship on their return to the UK, but as for knowing the law? Nope.

Regardless what you think, there is no need to be talking to another poster the way you did. And you wonder why you get suspended on here so much, "me old china".
I could NOT have registered him as British. That was the law.
How many more times do I have to repeat myself.
Please don't feel sorry for my son. He's no kid .He's a great big tall man who would soon tell you your fortune if he knew how rude you've been to me.

Maybe because she lived in The Netherlands at that time.

Like that time you threatened to get your para mates to beat Roy up? Bit late to take the moral high ground Tora.
