I watched it for a few minutes last week but it didn't appeal to me. I'm sticking with GMB which I have done since a certain person stormed off.

GMB is basically showbiz gossip and competitions, with a bit of Susanna Reid fence-sitting and the Dr with a girls name telling us we’re all going to die of Covid unless we remain in lockdown forever.

It’s very lightweight.

The standards presumably being for presenters to be impartial on air, but not to overtly express their personal views on air as Hari did by kneeling, which was similar to the recent brouhaha caused by the biased interviewing of Emily Maitlis.
