Boris Acting Stupid Again
Johnson has once again refused to Isolate....(For ever I wish),,,after one of Boris's "Team Tour of Scotland"
Tested positive for Covid, although Boris had been seen standing shoulder to shoulder with the person and also both on the same RAF Voyager flight from Glasgow to Dundee Boris still refuses to Isolate.
Has Johnson got a Brain ?.

One set of figures relates to them testing people in a random basis.
The other is a set of figures based on returns from tests done elsewhere.
The former is seen as a much more reliable guide to actual infection rates as it is proactive rather than - essentially - reactive
