There's a big difference.
In this country she wasn't underage, and because she was afraid of what might happen to her if she refused, she consented.
Now that Epstein is dead and Maxwell is probably going to be gone for a while, she probably feels now is the right time to get justice for what happened to her, but I don't think she'll win the case.

As advised, there is no formal charge against the prince at the moment, which makes his legal team's approach of silence all the more baffling.

All they have to do is put out a statement saying he denies all allegations, and that's it, legally, he is where is right now.

The problem is, silence makes him look guilty in the court of public opinion, an arena where his stock is at its lowest, which is not saying much, but it's certainly not helping his public profile, or that of the Royal Family.

He remains innocent until proven guilty, but seems intent on making himself look arrogant and seeing himself as not accountable at best, or sleazy and sliding out of his responsibilities at worst.

I side with the general public perception of Andrew that he is a stupid arrogant pompous man, but surely he is surrounded by enough people who live in the real world, to advise him better than this?
