They don't "intercept" (In the true meaning of the word) the migrant boats: they welcome them and assist them to shore.

Yes,sanmac,hundreds of thousands of them in fact,but as i have pointed out in previous postings a lot of the unemployed up here in Scotland would prefer to starve to death rather than doing a full days work.Most of the Poles in my place of work did the s*i*t*est jobs possible,jobs which most Scots wouldnt do.The Poles have up and left(thanks to Brexit).I wonder if Nigel Farage is looking for a job?We could use him as a toilet brush if nothing else turns up.

Emmie, The French are not Stupid -far from it. If we had loads of migrants camping outside Dover waiting to flee to France would we try to prevent it? NO, we would more than likely turn a blind eye.

What can be done?

Simple.

1) Amend the HRA to stop pond life lawyers preventing the will of the country and gettin very fat off the back of it - yes includes you Mrs Bliar.

2) Build big camps, preferably in another country (pay them well for it- use the millions being bunged Frances way) where these economic migrants can be processed. Dumped your passport, well you are staying in there or go home. Not a true refugee, off you go.

3) No benefits to be paid to anyone unless they have paid into the system for a minimum of 5 years.

4) No right to bring hordes of family over.

Start with that and see where we go. No need to shoot anyone.
