Agricultural products UK---Germany down 80%, Pharmaceutical product down 50%.

This highlights our dependence on importing vital products.
CoVid 19 has made us aware of our inability to make even the basic substances for life-saving medicines, protective clothing for people in the NHS, and so much more.
Food for our country must be home-grown. But use of ground-water, collected over thousands of years, must be regulated; irrigation finely tuned, as in Israel.

It seems that the moniker 'Trolls' on AB is used for anyone who does not have the same opinions as the person calling them 'Trolls'
FWIW Gulliver is bang on the money here. I do not hate the UK -on the contrary, I am a partner in businesses that provide jobs and pay UK Taxes. More than one of those businesses rely on the easy trade between UK & the EU. EU are treating the UK like naughty children, using them as an example of what will happen if any other members dare jump the Traces. The rules, negotiated by Boris Johnson, are heavily tipped to the EU. They are truly ridiculous -a vets certificate to export wool to the EU? 20% import duty on everything valued over £35 going into the EU, including gifts! Come on! Go do some research before calling folks trolls!

// And who is making it hard to sell to the EU? Answer the EU who will try and make it as hard as possible, a case of sour grapes if ever I saw one.//
The EU rules haven't changed especially for Brexit. These were always the rules for non-EU countries. For some reason, Brexiteers totally ignored this fact and we now have the wailing and gnashing of teeth. This is the sort of thing that got anti-Brexiteers labelled as prophets of doom for mentioning. Please don't expect sympathy - all of this was very clear in advance.

That is incorrect. If it were true then why would the UK have had need to negotiate a Trade Deal in the first place? They would have just entered the default trade deal for non EU countries (which actually does not exist)
Each non-EU country has to negotiate Trade deals with the EU -it took Canada 10 years. The UK wanted it fast-tracked and ended up with a bad deal.
