**Services may have to be cut unless NHS England receives an extra £10bn in funding next year, groups representing the health service have warned.**

I can help them a little. A close relative of mine received a letter from her GP inviting her to have a shingles jab. This was on 27th August. She made an appointment for today and arrived as instructed. "I'm not ready to give you your jab" says the nurse, "because you are not yet 70."

"But you invited me. The letter said nothing about being over 70. If that's the case why did you send the letter? In any case you took my date of birth when I made the appointment. Anyway, I'm 70 in three days' time so it should be alright, surely."

"Sorry. I'll make you another appointment."

"No you ****ing won't. You've wasted enough of my time and of taxpayers' money. I'll take my chances."

So, an appointment wasted. A letter wasted. Nurse's time wasted. Patient untreated. "The envy of the world?"

The UK has been defined as a National Health Service with a country attached, the average pay for a doctor is now £100,000 p.a. & my daughter has had to wait 3 weeks to see one in person. No political party dare take on the inevitable task of a complete reform. The NHS is most definitely not 'the envy of the World'.

you're saved athiest! It's a bird it's a plane it's........supergully PMSL!
TORATORATORA, was
the other slogan on the bus, "Let's take back control" only a suggestion?
Tora @21:09 Who's meant to be the nasty one there? Labour for supporting Trans rights, or Rosie Duffield for debating them? I'd imagine that a majority of ABers would agree with her.
//"Let's take back control" only a suggestion?//

It would seem so. Many 5th columnists(most of them must work for the enaichess) have worked tirelessly to prevent it. Time to sort them out. Send a few "big lads" round is the only way most times.
"Really? Both the quotes I mentioned @20:56 where made in direct response to my posts, so I have to assume they were both addressed to me. " - they were in response to you deliberately not interpreting English to make a point. Was I wrong too assume that you did really know that the bus was not a lie or a promise? By use of the " phrase you lost get over it " - is used regularly in response to intelligent(I think) people deliberately trying to skew the language to make a point that is and never was valid. So you or someone brings up the bus, you started it. I won't ever say that if the bus is not invalidly introduced like it always is.
Mozz"Tora @21:09 Who's meant to be the nasty one there? Labour for supporting Trans rights, or Rosie Duffield for debating them? I'd imagine that a majority of ABers would agree with her. " - it's those that threaten nastiness to the extent that an MP feels she cannot attend her own conference, but you knew that didn't you?
Were there any slogans suggesting how to spend the "£350 million" apart from funding the NHS?
She received online threats from LGTB groups online. That's nothing to do with the labour party.

You're stretching things to blame the "nasty.lefties" for that.
Mozz: "That's nothing to do with the labour party. " - who said anything about the Labour party? I'm talking about the Libfac/woke hordes that attempt to dictate our every thought.
//...deliberately trying to skew the language to make a point that is and never was valid//

Isn't that exactly what the entire Brexit bus quote was doing to start with? Language suggesting that the money "saved" could go to the NHS, when in reality there was no intention of that happening. Sew the seeds of suggestion among the gullible to get extra votes?
it was an idea of how our saved dues could be spent, nothing more.
So not the "Nasty left" that you previously mentioned @20:09. These are LGTB activists. Their politics have nothing to do with their reaction to Rosie Duffield.
//it was an idea of how our saved dues could be spent, nothing more.//

"Let's spend it on our NHS" suggests that it was something that they would have liked to do. It was deliberately misleading.
the LGBT activists and others form the "nasty left" - though many of them may be in Labour they are not all.
The enaichess is like an alcoholic drug addict. The more cash it can get its hands on the more it will squander on it's addictive habits. The people who work within the "organisation"(oxymoron alert) know that they are squandering the treasure that is the goodwill of the British taxpayer. I know some, family members some, not a thought that was written on the side of a bus type knowledge either. Blair did indeed weaponise the health service, it is riddled with deadly traps and booby traps designed to slay anyone who tries to dismantle them. It is called middle management and pension fund self survival strategy. I never asked a bus driver for a cup of tea even when it had PG tips written all over it. Obviously some did.
Can you not spell "NHS"?
//the LGBT activists and others form the "nasty left" - though many of them may be in Labour they are not all.//

Perhaps, but they're not behaving that way because of their politics are they? They're doing it because they support LGTB rights. You never know, some of them might be Tories. Many of your lot aren't shy to succumb to the lure of internet abuse, I'm sure.
I am not distinguishing the nasty left by party Mozz.
"Your lot" means the Right, Tora.
ok, what's your point? I haven't brought party into this, I am aware that the nasties I am talking about can be in any party which is why I haven't mentioned it.
