I'm not sure what a short custodial sentence would do. She has received multiple bans and fines for drink / drug driving, speeding etc. and seems to be unable to exercise self control when drunk / drugged up. An enforced stay in the Priory (or similar) "might" force her to deal with her substance abuse problems.
