All this binary twaddle is a step too far, they even say they don’t want to make CHILDREN feel left out !!!!

Pat -I doubt anyone would be offended, its just one Company trying to change with the times. Personally, I've always thought Ladies and Gentlemen was a bit old-fashioned but certainly not offensive.
